No Job Too Small
Handyman Services for the Denver Metro Area
A licensed general contractor for your small jobs. Handyman convenience, contractor accountability. Drywall patches, doors, trim, gates, caulking, carpet, punch lists. No job too small, and most are done in one visit.
Why Hire a Licensed Contractor for Small Jobs?
Most handymen are one person and a truck, with no license and no insurance behind the work. Most contractors won't return a call for a $400 job. Jensen Exteriors is the exception: the same licensed, insured crew that replaces siding and paints whole houses across the Denver metro also patches drywall, fixes gates, and knocks out punch lists.
Contractor Accountability
Licensed and insured on every job, large or small. If something isn't right, you know exactly who to call, and we come back.
Done Right the First Time
Texture matched, paint matched, proper fasteners and materials. A repair you can't find afterward is the whole point.
Flat-Rate Quotes From Photos
Text us pictures and get a fixed price, usually within the hour during business hours. No estimate appointment, no hourly clock.

Handyman Services FAQ
Yes. Small repairs are a core part of what we do, not an afterthought. A single drywall patch, one sticking door, a sagging gate: text us a photo and we'll quote it.
We don't turn small jobs away. Every visit is quoted as a flat rate that covers travel, setup, and the work itself, so it's worth bundling a couple of items together if you have them. You'll see the number before you book, and there's never an hourly clock running.
For interior work, someone needs to let us in when we arrive; after that you're free to go about your day. For exterior jobs like gates, fences, pressure washing, or siding patches, you usually don't need to be there at all. We'll message you when we're on the way and when we're done.

You'll get the earliest available date with your quote. Most small jobs are finished in a single visit, and we can often group several items into that same trip.
Yes. The same contractor license and insurance that cover our full siding and painting projects cover every small job. That's the difference between hiring a contractor and hiring a stranger from an app.
We stop and talk to you before doing anything beyond what was quoted. No surprise charges, ever.
We handle carpentry, drywall, paint, doors, trim, fences, gates, and general repairs. We don't do licensed plumbing or electrical work, but if your list includes it we'll tell you up front and can point you to someone we trust.
