Window & Door Repair in Denver

Doors that stick, sag, or won't latch. Drafts around windows. Rotted sills and trim. Fixed by a licensed contractor, quoted flat-rate from your photos, usually in one visit.

Small Problems That Get Worse Every Season

A door that rubs in July and swings free in January is a house moving with the seasons, and it usually just needs the hinges, strike, and jamb adjusted rather than a new door. A draft at a window is failed weatherstripping or caulk. A soft spot on a wood sill is rot that will spread into the framing if it's left alone.

We fix these the way a carpenter would: adjust and plane before replacing, rebuild rotted sills and casing instead of ripping out whole windows, and replace hardware and weatherstripping with the right parts. When a door really is done, we install a new slab or prehung unit and make it swing right the first time.

Window & Door Repair in Colorado: Good to Know

Adjust Before You Replace

Most sticking doors are fixed with a hinge reset, a strike adjustment, or a light plane. We only sell you a new door when the old one is actually done.

Glass

We don't replace window glass or sealed units, but we repair everything around them. If you need glass, we'll say so up front.

Rot Doesn't Wait

A soft sill or bottom casing is the cheapest repair you'll ever make on a window. Wait a couple of years and it's a framing job.

Window & Door Repair FAQ

Yes. That's seasonal movement, and it's usually solved by adjusting the hinges and strike or lightly planing the edge, then sealing the raw wood so it stops swelling.

Yes. One interior slab, one prehung unit, one storm door. Small jobs are the point.

No. We repair rotted sills, casing, trim, and seals around the window, and we'll tell you up front if the glass itself needs a glass company.
